The first day I eliminated 5 books and five unused articles of clothing. The second day I cleaned out the health and beauty shelves and that was about twenty items - Looking more spa-like in there now.
I am continuing my treadmilling while watching Doc Martin for 45 minutes a day. 3 mph. I started at 15 minutes at 2 mph so I feel great about the progress in only a month. Blood pressure is down to 135/85 from 160/110 - all good.
Except the weight. 202 this morning. I lost 2 lbs i the last week and gained them back yesterday. Not spa-like behavior in my meals yesterday - here's how I went off the rails. I spent the day on the road shopping for the store.
Breakfast - Decaf coffee with cream and stevia
Lunch - Mcdonalds Mediterranean Veggie wrap and an ice cream cone - oops.
4:30pm - Opened a bag of Inner Peas from Trader Joe's. Finished it. 575 calories
Dinner - 10 pieces brown rice sushi from Fred Meyers. Spinach Salad. Cup of tomato red pepper soup.
10 pm - Danger zone! 6 chocolate slim pretzels, Activia Vanilla yogurt, spoon of peanut butter
